How to go to the conference?
From Yogyakarta International Airport:
Go to the airport railway station and take the KA Bandara (towards Stasiun Yogyakarta) to Yogyakarta Station. Then, take Commuter Line YK (towards Stasiun Solo Balapan) to Maguwo Station. Go to Halte TJ Bandara Adisucipto and take TransJogja or Teman Bus (Koridor 3 towards Terminal Pakem) to Kampus Terpadu UII. Finally, you can walk around 500m from there to KH. Mas Mansyur Building, Faculty of Industrial Technology.
From Adisucipto Airport:
Go to Halte TJ Bandara Adisucipto and take TransJogja or Teman Bus (Koridor 3 towards Terminal Pakem) to Kampus Terpadu UII. Finally, you can walk around 500m from there to KH. Mas Mansyur Building, Faculty of Industrial Technology.
From Yogyakarta Station:

Online Transportation Platform:
You can take an online taxi (GrabCar or GoCar) from the airport or the railway station to the conference. However, the cost may vary and be very expensive. Please download the GoJek or Grab Apps at Google Playstore or Apple Store.
Where to stay during the conference?
There are many hotel options not far from the campus of Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) during your stay in Yogyakarta. You can visit several online platforms, such as Agoda, Traveloka, Tiket.Com, PegiPegi, AirBnB, Booking.Com, etc., to find your place to stay.
CONFERENCE GUIDELINE
ICITDA 2022 will be hosted as a hybrid (online and onsite conference).
Online conference:
For the online conference, all talks will be pre-recorded and submitted as video files by October 15, 2022, to be replayed during the conference. If you have not submitted the video file yet, please submit it ASAP or by October 31, 2022. Instructions on how authors can submit their video files are found below.
Authors must be available online during their respective sessions after their videos are played to answer Q&A from conference participants moderated by the respective Session Chairs during the actual presentation on November 5, 2022. All communication, both during the presentation and during the question and answer period, MUST be in English.
Please observe the duration of the session when preparing video files of your talks:
- The maximum duration of the recording is 10 minutes.
- The video should clearly show the face of the presenter and the presentation.
- The video should be rendered in good quality with sufficient lighting.
- Accepted video formats include MOV, MPEG4, MP4, and AVI.
- The suggested aspect ratio, if possible, is 16:9.
- Suggested resolutions, if possible, are 1280 x 720 (720p) or 1920 x 1080 (1080p).
- Prepare your file with this format for the file name: ICITDAVideo-[Paper ID]-[PresenterName]
Example: ICITDAVideo-123456-KurniawanIrianto.MP4
- Send the URL of the video file (e.g., Google Drive, Youtube) to http://bit.ly/icitda2022-presentation.
- Please ensure the access permission of the folder enables us to download.
Onsite conference:
For the onsite conference, the pre-recorded video file is not needed. However, the author must attend and orally present the paper (maximum of 10 minutes) during their respective sessions and answer Q&A (maximum of 5 minutes) from conference participants moderated by the respective session chairs during the actual presentation on November 5, 2022. All communication, both during the presentation and during the question and answer period, must be in English.

CONFERENCE CERTIFICATE
For presenters (online and onsite):
The presenters are recommended to follow all sessions during the conference, such as keynote speeches, hands-on workshops, and paper presentations. The presenters are eligible to get a certificate as presenters if they present the paper orally in a paper presentation session.
For participants (online and onsite):
The participants are allowed to follow all sessions during the conference, such as keynote speeches, hands-on workshops, and paper presentations. The participants are eligible to get a certificate as participants if their attendance at the conference is > 75% of all sessions.
